CLEAN
Wash area to be tattooed with soap and hot water.

COVER
Cover with hot towel (40°C/104°F to 50°C/122°F) for minutes to increase skin temperature and open pores. Applying heat helps anesthetic penetrate the skin quickly.

APPLY
Spread a small amount of cream onto the skin and rub in gently so numbing cream penetrates the skin. Apply a second layer of cream to the area approximately 1/8 inch thick.

COVER
Cover numbing cream with plastic wrap. Wrap with warm towel if skin feels cool to the touch. Keep covered for 90 minutes.

REMOVE & BEGIN
After 90 minutes remove plastic wrap, wipe off cream, and begin tattooing. Skin will remain numb for approximately 3 to 5 hours.
